    hey, I did that also...had a beautful sewing room in the basement..then I gave it up to make a "Man Cave" for my 20 year old son and his friends...

    I moved upstairs to a bedroom that is about 12x12 , took the cabinets and everything with me upstairs.

    The things us Mom's do for our kids..

    I thought about using my dresser for the cutting board - but there is a storage tub on top of it with some of my stash in it...

    I told my kids if any of them moved back home now, they would have to pitch a tent in the back yard. No way will I give up my room AGAIN!!! The one daughter told me "no problem, we'll just live in your travel trailer out front."

    What is that holding your batting? I'd love to have something like that but have never seen one anywhere...would be a good project for my hubby.
