Thank you everyone for all the compliments. :)

We still have to frame in the main support and ducting from the furnace and the floor to do, but at least for now I can get back to sewing. :)

    Hi Shadow,

I had a question for you. Is that a design wall in the back? If it is what is the best fabric to use for one. I am going to make myself a design wall but not sure which fabric is best for one.

    Thanks, Cindy

It's my version of a design wall. lol My husband does photography and I started using his backdrop to hang what I was working on. So I decided to just hang neutral tab drapes on the rod in my sewing room.

Usually designs walls have flannel on them, the blocks stick to it. I was going to put batting and flannel up, but this was easier and it works! :)

Thanks Shadow but how do you get yours to stay, if you don't have flannel for the blocks to stick to. Just wondering.

    Thanks, Cindy
