Wow, I may be wrong but I think you need a bigger stash! LOL I could do some great shopping in your room. Loved it.

Jeananne, What about your room do you think is too crowded? Are you having problems finding things? Do you feel you don't have enough room to work on certain steps of the process?

It seems to be well laid out. I know I like seeing my fabric but maybe with it all showing that way it is too much for you. I didn't see a picture of a closet. Is there one in the room and how are you using it for storage?

I sure like your pup and would not change a thing there.

    ;)

Sew faster. LOL I hear you though. Mine slips full too. Can you hang something in front of the stash cabinet to calm the eye?

Very nice room, and your doggie is a cutie. I have not seen a rat terrier in many, many, many years as a child. Thanks for the memory.

    Jeananne,
I put two shelves above my cutting table; I gained a lot of room; now on the lower I have a basket with notions, a night table light that iluminates my cutting and the fabrics I am using at this time for a project; well some other things as well. From the shelf I hung a vase and there I have the rottar cutters and the rullers are hanging from the wall between the lower shelf and the table.
I wiss I had more wall space like you do; one of the sides of my window is occupied by the design wall. I guess we have to be happy with what we have.
Happy quilting- I like how you set it up.

I have a doggie bed in my sewing room too, currently used by Floppy, my Avatar. Loved seeing Aggie in hers, we also had a rat terrier, Jack, much loved and sorely missed. But I digress......

The trick in my sewing room is keeping the stuff off my cutting table and ironing table - so I recommend medium size see through plastic bins for storage under those tables.
