Sewing For Sally-Reintroduced

Hello - it is me again. Remember I was the one who was fortunate enough to be asked to help sew up a stash of a lady who did not want her fabrics. Well, my reason for re-posting is that I made good on my promise to you all to post some photos of the beginning of what surely will be a year-long process.

Thank you so much. This afternoon I cut a dozen Christmas boot linings and batting. From here I will use Sally's blue-green fabric to use as the quilt-topping so to speak. These boots will go to my Guild as we donate a rough 200 each year to the county's battered women's center. They are approximately 12 x 24 inches. Here is a photo of some of last year's boots I made.
