Such kind words, QuilterPurpleDog ... I agree, it's important to include some of the original fabric, just to see the differences it makes. I was lucky enough to have enough for the backing, with three seams, that I managed to get matched perfectly! Sadly, the quilt does not get used much because it is in the living room, but I do enjoy seeing it over the back of a chair. It's funny how some quilts, quilt-up with a nice poofy-quilty-snuggly feel to them. This is one that really has that feel!

That's amazing! It's absolutely beautiful! I got the one block wonder book. Now I really need to get going on a quilt. If my sensitivities will just calm down so I can get some good sleep, maybe I can finish the quilt I'm working on and one more Christmas gift and start on this!

I love the border! It's perfect!
