Great quilt! Did she have input about the colors or fabrics?

nope===other than she has always loved orange- it's been her favorite color since she was about 2--so I wanted to do something with orange...other than that it was a total surprise-she was not expecting it. she still loves that old quilt I made for her when she was 4. but I think this one made her feel a bit more *grown up*. her stuffed animals have inherited the old quilt.

She will treasure this quilt for years. It's very evident it was a labor of love. My hat's off to you!
I'm going to check out this quilt designer in more detail. Thanks for sharing!

You should be very proud as the quilt is amazing! Did you use a pattern and if so, what's the name of it?
