I am trying to remain incognito until Nov 5.
It really stinks about the store closing. We need someone to buy us, but that seems very unlikely at this point. I have read a lot of wrong info on the board about why the store is closing,etc but do not feel comfortable setting the record straight while I am still employed. I want to keep a low profile...we will see how that goes! :)
I am actually going to add another Attic Window border to my quilt. I just need to get some of the Tonga Storm batik and I am set. Unfortunately, someone bought the entire bolt on Friday.
FYI - the attic window setting for the blocks can be done with a y-seam if you are comfortable doing that - just adjust your strip length. On our sample we used a half-square triangle to "cheat". It gives the same effect but makes it more approachable for all skill levels.
