The 66 can be treadled if you can find a desk or table with irons. I'm not sure about the White. It looks like it would take a lot more work. See where the 66 has a groove built in on the wheel. That's where the belt goes. I don't see it on the White.

The Redeye was probably the most common Singer, but that doesn't stop me from wanting one. That one will clean up beautifully. The White is a good strong machine and if her lines appeal to you, then I'd get them both. Only one? - then it'd be the Redeye.

i would get the red eay if you what to convert to tredeal the white dosent convert i have one its a good sturdy machine but whont work on a treadle.
