    Double Sawtooth Star uses 8 flying geese per block. My son's quilt is made with woven plaids & striped fabrics and civil war repro shirting prints; its a queen size.

    This is part of a recent quilt top I pieced and my first attempt at flying hese. Sorry picture is blurry. I am very proud of my sharp points!

    Thanks Jan! My son wanted a more masculine looking quilt. It'll hang in my guild's show next month, then he'll get it for Christmas.
