Show me your orange!
#67
it was supposed to be pink & black- but the fabulous orange fabrics kind of took over- my
'quilt police hubby' informed me- if i had bordered it in pink it would not have turned into an orange quilt
of course---but i loved the border fabric- and it is what it is
I have this quilt loaded & am in the process of quilting it now- i'm using orange thread on the top- have a pink/red/orange hand dyed backing which i am using a veriegated red on the back.

WOW!!! there are some FABULOUS orange quilts on here! i love them all!!! makes me want to make another one everyone of them is unique- and wonderful- keep adding more! i love coming back & looking at more- i need to take a new picture of my french braid one now that it is quilted & bound---i quilted it with orange thread on top & a veriegated red on the back (the back is a fabric i dyed which is pinks/orange/yellow) my hubby thinks it's one of the best i've made in a while- & now thinks i need to keep doing braids- in greens, blues, purples...one for each color out there...he doesn't want much
