    Default A Simple Baby Quilt

Another baby quilt - the great grandchildren keep coming. I did a simple one in order to get caught up, but it worked out nicely.
Fabric - from stash, LQS sale several years ago. Backing - Moda muslin
Pattern - just from a picture I saw
    Batting - thick polyester
FMQ - swirls, easy, but I like it
Binding - flanged - I like the pop of color

Cute quilt and sure to be loved! I like to make simple quilts for babies and will remember your pretty quilt. I like that you can showcase a fun print with the large strip. I wonder if you could do a quilt as you go quilt to make the quilt go faster yet. Thanks for sharing.

Fabulous baby quilt! All of the young mothers that I have made quilts for seem to enjoy the simpler, more geometric shaped quilt patterns and this is a perfect option! I love the focus fabric and complimentary colors and always prefer a flanged binding - lovely all the way around!
