Love your kindle case! My DH gave me one for C'mas, and it has a case with a light, but is is black and ugly and makes the k. heavy to hold. I am certainly going to make a pretty cover to use when I know there will be daylight. I think I will make a bit larger one that will cover the lighted case as well. It will have to be similar to a paperback cover and slide on...hmmm...aren't we lucky to know how to sew? It is wonderful to be able to read anywhere. No more handling mags with everyone's germs in doctor's offices! No more stuffing paperbacks into an already overloaded purse! Thanks for the post.

Lovely covers! My son has a Kindle but I can't picture him using a cover lol
He loves it and said it's so nice to read in bed with.
Love hearing my kids say they love reading YEAH!!! :D:D:D

That's a good idea. I need to make somthing like that for my Kindle. I have a black case that opens like a book, but I would like somthing prettier!

A kindle is an electronic that you download books to to read at your lesiure. I was told that they are around $140.00. You buy the books like I tunes for your I pod.

amazon has hundreds of free downloads on books... i can read for days,,months and never buy a book... love my kindle.. just have to make a case now !
