Default Simplici-T Baby Quilt

I have made this pattern from the 3-fabric quilts book a few times and really like it. The brown owl fabric was purchased in Berlin quite a few years ago, and that shop has since closed. I tried a different stitch to quilt it this time, it is the 3 step zig-zag, not sure if it has a proper name or not. I put white fleece on the back, and Hobbs 80/20 batting.

What a fun, cute baby quilt. I love the little owl fabric & your zig-zag quilting.

My machine does have the serpentine stitch as well, but I wanted the zaggy edges rather than the rounded one this time.

Cute! Owls are 'in' so that was a good choice. Fabrics are great, too, as is the quilting. I have no doubt it will be loved.

That's adorable and the owls are so cute. I really like the stitch you used looks good.
