What to do with the quilt? If you want to donate it you could take it to a homeless shelter, contact a social worker at your local school and see who could use it there. The school may do fundraisers and could use it as an auction item.
Oh, and I'm guessing you're in your backyard....how nice that is too!

Beautiful quilt. I love the colors. Your quilting is beautiful, also. This quilt will be perfect for someone, store it and the right situation will present itself.

It's adorable! I know there are plenty of places that would love a donation like that! Often, police and fire depts. use them to give to children who have been harmed or feel scared about a traumatic event.

I'm kind of childish & I LOVE it! You could donate it to Project Linus or Quilts for Kids or the local hospital or police department. When it comes to quilts, seems like there's always someplace to donate them. Especially a quilt this cute!
