The story behind this lovely machine is. I went to visit my Aunt in New York. She is 81 years old. I took her with me on a road trip to a quilt shop that a fellow quilter told me about on the cat room.
Upon returning back to her house, I oiled and got the machine running smoothly.
I went out to check on my husband who was brush hogging for our uncle, and came back into the house and she was cleaning out the cabinet. I asked her what she was doing and she said "this is going home with you".
She has two daughters that don't sew, so I now have another machine. This makes 4 singers. I have one more to come my way, which is still at my mother's house.
