The operative word is "little" on the quilts. They are beautiful but they are small. Babies grow so fast that the little squares are soon too small. When I worked on donation quilts in NC, we made them 45 x 54. That way, a child who lives in a shabby house or a leaky trailer, he or she has a quilt to keep warm. Yes, it takes a lot more material, but I think the child has a better chance to keep warm. Just my thoughts.

    I couldn't pick a favorite - they're all so pretty.

Love the variety of fabric and patterns. You and your sister are God's heavenly angels doing His work on earth. Bless you both!

These are all just adorable! I love making little quilts - fun to try various patterns, and easy to FMQ on my domestic machine. And it does feel good to share the work when it is done.

Lovely little quilts. The owl fabric is wonderful! However - when I was making quilts for a local Indian reservation, I was asked to avoid owl images because owls are considered extreme bad luck. I don't know if that is a local feeling or not, but I would do some checking. Hate to think of those adorable little birds greeted with anything but joy and gurgles.
    Who knew?
