    Default Slip Knot Wall hanging

I so wanted to finish my dragonfly applique quilt, but my big machine is in the shop, and my little one just won't go through all the layers, so I worked on something else this afternoon.

I love this batik (the medium one), and have been trying to find a pattern that I could make the squares big enough to show it off, and match it up with purple/.

I did mitered borders for the first time in a long time ... not a fan with the same colour of fabric, might leave that for different colours to actually show off the miter!

    Tomorrow I will be quilting.

    Thanks for looking.

I really like this! I think I have this pattern. Might have to move it up on the to do list.

I got it off Pinterest. I'm sure of you google slip knot quilt you'll find it. Or just download my picture lol. It's super easy. Just squares and 1/2 triangles. Mine were 3.5 inch squares. Without the borders it was 24 inches
