    What did you use for the underside of the slippers? Needs to be something that doesn't slide but with some durability. When my kids were small, I could purchase something of that sort for the feet of sleepers. Do they make it any more?

    I always appreciate receiving a hand made item as a gift but for some reason I rarely have time to make anything but quilts for weddings and babies. I love this idea for a gift and you have inspired me to do some sewing for others.

    Yes I think it's called something like gripper. I bought some a few months ago at Hancock fanrics. It comes in a package
