I think they add a lot of interest, sparkle, and direction to the quilt. This one will be special. And I love how you sit down with fabric and simply Create. :-)

I really like it so far. Your color choices are great and love the difference in the blocks. I am a design as you go gal myself. I know what you mean about comparing yours to other quilts on this site.....know if I quilt til I'm 100 yrs old, will never be as good as some on this site, but keep quilting cause I love it so much. My quilts are all "made with love, prayers, and a few imperfections". Keep up the good work.
