    I was looking for a free pattern to try a Bargello. This is another of my learning experiences. The instructions said to choose 5 fabrics with 2 that stand out....I think I got that right. The quilt is only 36 x 33 because I failed to comprehend one of the instructions.
    Also - each side of the quilt binding has a different decorative machine stitch.

    I also made a very small bargello my first time. Just to try the technique. I wasn't entirely happy with it, but nonetheless, I learned how to do a simple bargello. I do like your colors.
