Red face Small Easter Quilt for guild service project

Our guild has a service project that makes small quilts to go with toy animals. They are given to policemen, firemen, or social workers to give to children in stressful situations. I also make them for new big brothers and sisters.

Our church group is making the blankets from fleece with crochet edges around the edges of the fleece.

Sew sweet and children need these when removed without their belongings to comfort them.

what a great service project... what a neat idea to have something like that to offer young children in uncertain situations.
