Thank you for sharing these beautiful quilts and info about the Alms house. Does this group have an exhibit every year? I've always wanted to visit the UK and would love to plan a trip when quilt-related events are happening.

GORGEOUS PIECES - Isn't it wonderful, no matter where in the world we go, if we find quilters, we find beautiful creations filled w/joy & comfort. Think of the stories that might have gone into many of them.

Maybe if leaders of some countries would visit some quilt exhibits, they might come out feeling a little more gentleness, softness & understanding of their fellow human beings.

Well......that's my daydream for today - back to reality. ;-)

Have a blessed day & may all your quilts be filled w/love.
