    I was so happy to see the bobbin lace. That is what I used to do before I took up quilting. Pretty quilts.

    Thank you Katrine, the quilts are wonderful. How universal quilting is; these don't look "French" and pictured quilts from other countries don't look "whatever",those from the U.S. don't look "American". They are all quilts and we're lucky enough to enjoy them thanks to sharing quilters.

    It is a universal thing isn't it? The one thing here though is you very, very rarely see any machine quilting or piecing - it is almost just dismissed as not counting :lol:
