    Default Small panel squares

Hello Quilters! Someone in my sewing group passed these small panel squares with the Flag to me a good while ago. I figured it was time to make a quilt with them. I don’t know what the panel was called but with the apples in the basket and other pieces, reminded me of a country fair, which then I thought of Hole in the Barn door to frame them and the alternate fabric. See how my mind runs-lol Anyway, I figured to get my normal, at least 60x80, QOV size. However when it came to cutting my borders I couldn’t cut them as wide as I would have liked , using leftovers, so I’m a little short at 79.5. I don’t think the veteran will notice-
I still have a ‘head’ for good figures even though the ‘body’ has no good figure-lol-Toogie

Amazing use of gifted squares! Your quilting is imaginative and looks like it was meant to be. Nice work!

What an interesting way to combine all those small squares into something really cool. Great job on that Quilt of Valor and no, I don't think the recipient will notice the "shortage". :-)

You have such a wonderful eye for design and the understanding of quilt math to make your ideas come to life. This is just lovely and special and unique.
