Very pretty. I don't do small quilts or hangings.

Here are all 8 blocks done. I can be done with 8 if I arrange like this: (OK, I can't figure out how to rotate, but it would length-wise!)

Or, if I do a different block in the center, I can do a 9-block. I'm missing the light yellow at the corners and edges of the blocks. So I could do a completely different block ... or a completely different colour:

I prefer the 9-block layout, but if someone has some sashing / border ideas for the 4x2 ... feel free to post!

Thanks for looking, and all the wonderful comments, and suggestions to come!

They are really pretty put together.

I am working on making 99 that size using pping. They will all be different, but I am having so much fun with them.

Marion, I made a few suggestions on the swap page for you to consider and after thinking about it , if you have enough of the blues + one lighter blue to replace the yellow, that would also work for the center block.

I know I'm gonna like it, any way you do it!

So here's the blues! And now I'm going to read what Ube wrote!!!

JuneBillie - 99 blocks OH MY LORD!!!!! I don't think I'm that adventurous yet LOL ... but, you did mention that they were all different, I could probably do that! I do get tired of the same block after 9 or 10!

Can you post pics or point me to that thread? I would love to see those blocks!

You're doing a great job on your new PP adventure. Love the fabrics. I recently took a foundation piecing class to improve my skills (also my New Year's resolution)... it's a fun learning experience.

    Keep up the good work.

I just have to learn this technique of paper piecing. Is there a you tube video that shows the process? It looks so interesting.
