    It's lovely, cheerful quilt. I realy like the lacey effect of the border. Aren't you glad you finished it!

    Simply gorgeous! Lacy and scalloped and all the beautiful applique. When you did the machine applique what stitch did you use? It is simply invisible!

    Wonderful quilt, I love everything about it! Even your story of woe, that makes it even more special! Can't wait to see it quilt and I bet you can't either. That border makes the quilt, eye catching....of course I'm a sucker for blues and yellows.

    The machine applique was accomplished by my Brother embroidery machine using the buttonhole stitch. The thread matches so well the mistakes don't show up (grin)
