    OOOH-I have both of those books too and LOVE them. I would love to make a Dear Jane style quilt out of the blocks, but doubt I will ever get around to it. They are fun to read though....so that is reason enough to buy them.

    Is a Dear Jane quilt a civil war quilt too, Donīt know much about this type because its an American piece of history.

    Marcia and Elle, What I have read so far is great! I have read more of the diary one than the love letter but they are fascinating!! Have you done any of the blocks Marcia/

    I think this is something I definately want to put on the to do list. I have one quilt that I must start soon, 1 table runner Hmmmm and 1 that has been shelved. Still plodding with the Rose Cottage. Just finished a large Tote for my friends birthday, well all but the buttons to be sewn on.

    Yes it is. Her Name was Jane Stickle, I think thats spelled right. Try googling it. Hers is a very interesting story.

    I think I am just as addicted to them too. But I figure if I cant ever get them actually made I can at least look at the pictures of them :lol: :lol:
