I love your snowflakes. I have seen that pattern somewhere but where. I love to paper piece. WOuld you share where you found that pattern? I don't have a stand but would like one. I just might have to accept your challenge to do this. Something like this has been floating around in my jumbled mind for quite some time.

QuiltE ... lovely little quilts!! I've had snow every three days so far this year but I'd welcome your snow flakes any day of the week. And no ... I won't use my snow blower

    Seriously .. they are wonderful!!

Lovely snowflake. I do the same thing I change out my mini quilt every month. Here is what I have for Feb., maybe this will give you an idea. I've added hot fix crystals to the heart and word.

I love snowflakes and do not tire of seeing them! Gratefully I don't live where we get many real snowflakes, tho can understand why much of the country might be a little chilly toward them, LOL ...yours are wonderful!

Lots2Do ... Great! Look forward to seeing what you create.

BizyStitches ... That's my plan too, to have a rotating monthly series. Thanks for the February inspiration. Nice touch with the crystals. Now please do show us your January block ... and continue to show in the coming months too. THANKS!

DHMom ... Oh no! the snowblower cometh!!!! BTW it is snowing here yet again!! More............. of course, I know you're kidding. (I think???)

Here's links to the free patterns for the hexie block .............

For the first snowflake, I made it at 50% of the pattern size. It was a free pattern for one block that I found online. It had been printed originally in Quiltmaker Issue #94, November/December 2003.

The full pattern for several snowflakes is available here ....
