Super cute! I've never seen a big one done with fabric.
For another variation of the same idea, use TP tubes covered with construction paper. Give him some feet. A heart shaped glued on the bottom works well. Leave a hole in the top of the hat and fill it up with wrapped candies. Makes a great kids party favor.

Thanks so much Charismah, Molliesue, littlehudLisa, pinklissasamel, wvdek and amma. :D :D :D
It took a couple days to make him. But he is so fun to look at, I had to.
I also made the jack o' Lantern wall hanging and snowman ornaments by this same company. It was just so much fun to use this way of quilt piecing it was like popcorn, you just can't stop.
I gave the jack o' lantern away and I have a new computer, so I don't have a pic of it. But , I posted it in an old post. Maybe I can find it to show you girls. I will check. Update ... Here it is! ...http://www.quiltingboard.com/posts/list/19791.page
I was crusing around martha stewart's sit this morning and saw a few cute crafts to make this holiday. (Crafts) I will shop for some of the supplies today. One was a tube made into a yule log with a bird and greenery on top. Way cute! You print out the yule log paper and glue it on to make it look like the bark. Clever, huh? She is good. (A good thing ..LOL)
