    I do not remember the site that I found it on. I had googled free mug rug patterns. I just found it again as a candle mat on Connecting Threads under their free patterns. I do not know how to add the link on my tablet..sorry

    The eyes are embroidered with a satin stitch. I wish that I had thought of painting. Appliqued would have been quicker than the embroidery
