    Have you tried white pom-pom fringe? Would sort of look like mini snowballs if you sewed front & back right sides together and then turned it.

    I finally finished the table runner. The small bias did not work, too small and after I unwrapped it I found out it was old and falling apart. Tried wider bias but it looked to big. I finally sewed the right sides together and turned it right side out. Put a little cotton batting in and then quilted around each snowman. On to the next project!
