Have been working on a table runner for my sister for Christmas. It is my own design with the artistic help of my DH. Going real well just not sure how to finish the edge. While sewing I was singing Frosty and decided I needed to add buttons. I need to add the backing and edge. Have a thin bias I could use . any other ideas?

Very cute! If you are quilting it with a batting and backing I would use a wider binding than the one you show. JMHO

Wow I love it are you planning on selling copies of your pattern, if not I would love to borrow your idea if that's ok. I would applique it to a rectangle of a solid color.
