You did a lovely job - you are braver than I am to hand piece and hand quilt!

You are going to make a young woman absolutely speechless with happiness. Your quilt is gorgeous -- you did such a fantastic job on it! What a wonderful thing you did for her.

Beautiful quilt. Love the colors. 6 months by hand? Not long at all, really. Impressive to say the least.

Wow you should be so proud of this accomplishment. If I hand pieced a quilt top you can be sure it would only have 4 pieces.

If you pieced and quilted all that by hand, I think you're certainly ready for hand applique. Wow!

I have done 20 blocks once for a quilt. decided they invented sewing achines for a reason and finished the quilt with the machine. You did an amazing job and your young friend is going to love this so much. What a super gift .. so much time and love went into it. I think that is wonderful.
