Patrice IS a teacher. Just look at some of her earlier posts.

I am trying to get her to keep this one. Or send it to me.

thanks, patrice.i have bookmarked this for the next time i do a thin border. If i had waited to cut the excess i would have had more fabric to square up with if necessary. I think your right. Working with the fq sizes has got to be easier to handle. It really is a beautiful piece of work. :D

if i did either of those two things i'd have to start all over on the much overdue wedding quilt for my niece. the first one i'd planned to give her would have clashed most horribly with another one she got. since i helped her pick a spot for that one in her living room, i naturally want anything i give her to be not only compatible, but (shhhhh ... don't rat me out) kewler. (nothing competitive about this auntie.   )

as we discussed the dilemna, i don't know how, but she managed to talk me into promising and making her two instead of just one.

i'm not miffed at her for it, though, because she still doesn't have either one.

What is holding up the blocks? That looks interesting.
I love your mineral rights quilt. Who wouldn't? It is to die for. Very very nice patrice.

So....any updated pics for us? I'm loving this and it is soooo precise. I should try practicing more to eventually have a hope to turn out this good...

I am more than impressed with these blocks. This is going to be a very awesome quilt. So what's the current status here? We are all anxious to see more, I'm sure.
