    Very interesting. Looks like you combined some knits with your other fabrics. Your squares are matching up pretty well considering the mix of fabrics. Be careful when using knits, they tend to stretch out of shape and can throw your project off. But, to me, it looks fine. Keep going. If you like it, thats all the matters.

    They have already started doing that! LOL It's pretty neat how excited they are about me using their old clothes.

    Yes, I'm finding out that the knits are stretching. I didn't really think about that before I started but it is something I will definitely consider in the future.

    That's the way to go. You won't have to worry about ruining new fabric.

    I bet they will recognize each square of fabric and will want to keep the quilt! Looking real good!
