I purchased several of these panels after Christmas this year to make a few quilts, but I hadn't thought about inserting patterned blocks. I was just going to put in plain squares of fabric. I like the patterned blocks because I could practice on some other designs and come up with a sampler-like quilt. Thanks for sharing.

I had bought a soft book with the little kids prayer "Now I lay Me down to Sleep" I had the same idea to make into quilt but I just love the way the extra blocks were put in as filler. Thanks cheryl :thumbup:
