Soldier Quilts
#21
I love these quilts. They are beautiful. I recently made a quilt with a similar pattern block. I pinned the two halves of the block together at the center, matching the seams, before I sewed them together. If the outer edge of the block was off, I could fudge that, but at least the centers were matched. Hope this helps.

Please don't look close the points don't all meet. Can't understand cuz I took such care to get the fabrics lined up, one time they are perfect and the next way off. Maybe you can tell me what I did wrong - because I would like to make another one someday. Thanks.

I love that you take the time to do this and I can't see a thing wrong with either of them. Beautiful. Our guild does Quilts of Valor and my Project Linus group does Snowball Express for children who's parents are serving or lost their lives fighting for our country. Thank you.
