Some charity quilt recipients

What a great blessing - for them to receive a quilt and for you to be able to make and give such wonderful gifts! I think it is always rewarding to know that any of our work is appreciated. Obviously all of these ladies were happy to get such a needed gift at this time of year. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you!!

on this christmas eve - I want to thank you for being who you are and " giving to people in need " your kindness and generosity is beyond wonderful - God bless you and continue your work, you are an inspiration to all of us to think of others not so blessed with the skill of sewing. Merry Christmas

What I will do is maybe Monday or Tuesday (the stores will be open on Monday), I'll go in the store and get a picture of the selection of woven cottons I have to choose from. I think that would be a bigger eye opener than anything I can say.
Merry Christmas everyone!

Yes, Many Americans are picky! But there ae many homeless folks out there due to the economy and lack of employment. Many of our servicemen have become homeless after discharge from the service. Very sad. We may have to go back to growing our food and many innovative ways to heat our homes, etc. Many live on credit cards. We are returning to ways to save and scrimp, like during and after WW11.
