Some Eye Candy....What do you think?

I have not posted any of my creations on the board yet so here goes...
The first quilt I actually made for myself! A member of my guild created the pattern and I was helping a friend make hers so I decided I needed my own. All of the fabrics are of different sewing notions.
The second is my first 4 patch posie! I bought the fabric just to try the pattern and had no real reason for making it. My Mom saw it and fell in love, so it has a home! Well, not yet, both will be on their way to the quilter next week!
Thanks for looking! I'm open to all comments and or suggestions for next time!

both of them are very nice. I really like the colors you picked for both quilts. The quilters quilt with all the sewing notions is very cool. I like it a lot. A tribute to all the hard working people who make work into fun and call it quilting.
