    the red, white, blue made for foreign exchange student that stayed with my boss. the main panels are weaved then added borders. pain in the @@@ to put together. sewed buttons randomly to keep the weaving from coming apart. we actually had the red material and the red/blue for display. we all signed on the white piece in the middle border. she was very happy. she was a junior in high school, lives in france

    she did not want to put it in suitcase to travel, afraid it would disappear

    Very nice. I make one for our German exchange student to take home with him when he left. He loved his quilt too!!

    You just keep pumping those lovely quilts out, don't you? :D I have enjoyed seeing each & every one of them. This is particularly lovely too.

    Lovely - I love tumbling blocks - so effective, especially how you've done it with the three colours!
