My first OBW quilt (in process). I'd never heard of such a thing until I started reading here a couple of weeks ago. I have to say ... I *love* this method of quilting! The "hardest" part was pinning the fabric before cutting it, but it wasn't really HARD hard. Just a little time-consuming is all. The second pic is the original fabric.

I think I'm going to put a black border around it, followed by a border of the original fabric.

    More pics to follow shortly.

Sounds like a good border idea to me. This is one of those patterns I keep on the back burner to get to one day.

And here's a queen-size quilt I'm working on for our bedroom, which is purple and green. Strange combination, huh? It actually started out as a joke. We were trying to decide what color to paint the bedroom, and couldn't make up our minds. So I jokingly suggested that we paint it purple and green. And we did!

The quilt is paper-pieced, and is called Interwoven Diamonds. The pattern came from the Quilter's Cache website.

Here's a scrappy quilt I made a few years ago for my dad. I used patriotic prints. The center is the emblem for the U.S. Army. My dad served in Vietnam. In fact, I was born when he was over there.

The dolphin fabric is beautiful, I could not have cut it . Love your purple and green quilt ---one of my favorite combo's.
