    Awewome quilts!! The cat quilt I just love. are the 3 strips a panel or appliqued?

    I like the braid one. Did you use the Accuquilt GO chisel die for that quilt? I have been thinking of doing the braid one or chevron not sure what you call it. Very nice.

    The three strips are appliqued. I used my sewing machine using a fine blanket stitch in a dark thread.

    No I do not posess an Aququilt. I cut all the peices from my scraps, just ensuring they were placed light on one side dark on the other of the "braid". The proper way to do it I suppose is with the braids giong vertically up the quilt, but it was going to be a lap quilt when I stared, so the length was too short so I turned it on it's side and added more to it.
