This pattern has been around for many years. I have a small and regular set of the handles. Could not get the handles for a long time. Nancy's Notions has the patterns, but didn't see any handles. This site has both:

The name on the top of the pattern that I got from my friend is called: "Pocket Purse". I have no idea where she got it from but will send an email to see if she knows.

I googled Pocket Purse and found lots of patterns that call themselves "Pocket Purse" but aren't the same bag as yours. Thanks for trying to locate the pattern!
