There's a lot of talent represented by these quilts. Each one is as gorgeous as the rest. Thanks for the show.

They're wonderful and I especially love the eagles flying over the mountains. I thought each one was the best until I'd see the next one!

We have a lot of guild shows in our area. So many that it is possible to attend two shows per week end. If only the most spectacular quilts were shown we would miss so much. Each individual makes a personal choice of pattern, colors and execution. Each quilt is therefore unique and special and has something to offer viewers. Quilt shows like art shows need a wide and varied range of talent. I would be proud to see a quilt made by you or anyone else on QB in a show. Please don't hesitate to show your quilts and let us know when they are in a show, especially the picture shows.
Sorry I hate to miss seeing someone's quilts. We are our own worst critics.

You pointed out some of the ribbon winners ..... I still have a hard time with "judged" displays ... it is like comparing apples and oranges when they are each so different, yet each is excellent in its own way .....

I would not make a very good judge .... I'd hate to be limited in the numbers of ribbons I could give out :|
The voting is done by the show attendees...ballots and pencils are handed out...at the end of the show on Sat, ballots are counted...and ribbons are placed on Sunday before the show opens...:)
What a great way to judge, and no fees for a judge either!
