    Hello. Since I've only been a member of the board since the beginning of Dec. I decided it was a good time to show you some pics of the some of the things I've done. Some of them aren't quilts but I've done the sewing. Hope you enjoy the eye candy.

    Love runner made from a charm pack that my mom gave me

    this is a panel that has yo-yo looking things on it, I tied the buttons on with red, white and blue crochet thread

    This is DGD#2's quilt, I colored the blocks and tied it. First crib size quilt

    Thanks for the compliments. I've only been quilting for about 2 yrs or so, but I have sewn for most of my life. I do other crafts too, crochet, needle tatting, embroidery, cross stitch, I'm a pretty crafty person.

    Wow, all are great, but I really love that pincushion. Where did you get the pattern.? I would like to make one for my Sis. Pam

    The pin cushion is a "Blazing Star" pattern and I got it out of a book from the library. I don't remember the name of the book. There is supposed to be the shapes that go in the background, but I thought it would be difficult to do. The cushion itself was challenging with the "Y seams". I can try to look up the name of the book and get back to you on it.
