    I think I will be using them more for borders in the future tho' as making this quilt made even more scraps :XD:

    Like in the Old Testament - - the widow who went through a famine with a blessed jar of oil and cup of flour - - never more, but never less ... three months ago, I figured they breed or something when exposed to fresh air, but Miss Bonnie mentioned the flour and oil in her last mystery, and frankly, it just makes more sense <g> ... <wave>

    I used your idea to make a piano key border for a quilt for my sister. I sewed my piece onto fabric instead of paper and sewed the whole thing to the quilt. It used up scraps and she loved it.
