    What a fabulous thing to do for your husband. I think it looks great. It doesn't matter if my things are not perfect or not the best in the world. I learn from each thing I make. I know the fleece throw I am making tomorrow for my neice who has cancer will be a comfort to her. it won't be perfect but it will be made with love and she will look at it first as thoughtful and then as beautiful because it will be her favorite color and made especially for her.

    Don't ever worry about your skill level. Some of the most aweful beginning things I have made are the most loved. They ignore the mismatched seams and all the crooked lines and only see that someone took their time to make something special for them.

    Why would you ask a question like that. It's a great owl. He's sad because you don't think he looks good. I can't do any hand stitching. I've tried so many times, it's ridiculous. If I had just a fraction of you're talent.....
