    another thing you can use so the pins won't go thru are the "slap bracelets" the kids have. They are plastic and curl around the wrist but lay flat when snapped straight. I glue wool balls on them...works good

    Normally yes, but in mine I put a piece of template plastic and a piece of stabilizer in the band under the flower.

    My old one I kept sticking myself. I also remad the band so it is wider than I originally did.

    Wow, that is a neat one! I need one of those as the one I have is the hard plastic bracelet ones and it is too tight.

    Thanks everyone.

    I had one years ago like yours and it cut into my wrist so I started making them. I like the flower on this one because it is a little bigger than my old one.

    Very nice. This would be a good stocking stuffer for some of my quilt friends. I have tried but cannot wear a wrist pincusion. I can wear a finger pincushion without it bugging me though.
