    My Daughter and I wanted to make her a new school bag - she is 10.

    So we spent sunday afternoon working on this - I spent the evening sewing on sequins and other nice things..... We think it is going to be a work in progress and that we will keep adding things as we find them!

    I made this picture using scraps of cotton print stuck to the background and machine embroidered over

    Your daughters bag looks like so much fun! The purple colors are my favorite. Your picture is really great.

    I really like the bag you and your DD made for her. The picture is really nice too.
    Here's what I did with some of my scraps. These are extra string quilt blocks from the charity quilt I made. The covers are for my two Singer treadles.
