I have been gone for a week and got home to a box from the LAQ!! The DS's christmas present (a quilt :) ) was back. I spent the day doing the binding and it is now complete. I also did Pillow cases to match as I expect he would never use shams.

Thanks for the compliment on the quilt.

That is my guest room and the floors are actually pine. The house is a Timberframe and those boards are the ceiling below as well.

A great quilt for a man!! :thumbup: I love your idea of making pillow cases, instead of the matching shames, to go with it. I imagine they will get used so much more!!
